Sure you can, Republicans have already show us you can. Getting an
impeachment to "stick" is entirely another matter, though. Moreover, in
pre-election campaign rhetoric, the Republicans assured us that the
President has already committed impeachable offenses.
I don't think the next House will impeach, however.
