VisuMap is a visual centric software application to explore high
dimensional multivariate data. VisuMap provides the following
major services:
* A collection of dimensionality reduction algorithms to map high
dimensional data to 2D/3D maps. Implemented algorithms include,
among the others, Sammon map, SMACOF, CCA, PCA, RPM etc.
* A collection of clustering algorithms for high dimensional data.
Implemented methods include Self-Organizing Map, K-Mean
Clustering and Metric Sampling.
* Many dynamically linked data views to enable interactive exploration
from different perspectives.
