There is not any enough appropriate universal model for simulation of
mind.
But most close concept to your task is Hybrid Intelligent Systems or
Hybrid
Meural Networks, in particular Fuzzy Neural Networks. Also there is
concept
"Artificial General Intelligence". Search in Google. See any information
