They are minors and incapable of volunteering for something such as this. 
That
is why the school sends permissions slips for the parents to sign at the
drop
of a hat.  

The device in question is used for leak testing on storage tanks.  There
is no
acceptable excuse for the use of this device by an adult on children.

You would think at that a teacher would know better, but we are talking
about a
fundie here.  Common sense isn't very common with these folks.
