Try again.  Those slips don't protect anyone against a lawsuit especially
when
a school district employee uses extremely BAD judgement.  The children are
under 18.  They cannot give their consent to have this moron use an
unapproved
for human use,  industrial diagnostic high voltage/frequency tool on them.
Bildgewater needs to be in jail for assault and battery.  Fortunately for
him,
simple stupidity by itself isn't a crime although the end results could
be.
