Resource: Nuclear Weapons

by "Steven Saus" <uriel1998@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jul 17, 2008 at 09:18 PM

I was very surprised to see how few college freshmen really understood
anything
about the effects of nuclear weapons. While I missed "Duck and Cover" by
quite
a bit, I was always very aware of the very horrible effects of these
weapons.
Thier ignorance was most frightening when nuclear arms are such an issue
today.
I urge you to take the time to explore these sites, and teach your
children
(and remind yourselves) why these weapons are not really equivalent to
"regular" bombs.
