Undergrads who are native speakers of American English are needed to
complete an online questionnaire for dissertation research.
The first part of the questionnaire involves reading questions and
entering your responses. The second part involves listening to an
audio file, then calling a phone number (215 area code) and leaving
your replies as voicemail messages, or recording your responses and e-
mailing them to me (your choice).
I'm collecting data for a PhD dissertation examining cross-cultural
speech behavior. The information you provide will be kept confidential
and will be used only for academic purposes.
For your participation, you will be given $10.00, payable by PayPal
(within 24 hours after you complete the questionnaire). If you prefer
to waive the compensation, I will donate it to a charity here in
Philadelphia.
