Bullying behavior-depression-ptsd

by "checker player" <jlmullins73@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 14, 2007 at 02:23 PM

Learning to be a bully is a quite natural act we all witness in our daily
lives. When in a natural relaxed state one might percieve the act of a
bully amusing as long as oneself doesn't become the target of the bully or

object of his intent. Once one becomes bullied into submission, lines of
thought can and will be shut down-and no longer considered, and therefore
the thought processes are naturally altered resulting in natural
depression,
brought about by naturally occurring events in any sentient population.
In
the human species with his vast array of data and in the current
environment
of medical capitalism and medical fascism, behavior such as depression is
treated with expensive ssri's or selective s*****onin reuptake inhibitors.
Wow. If seratonin is low(by the way they don't test you for low
seratonin),
why not give natural seratonin boosters like 5HTP or B complex vitamin?
We
all know why the doctor would never dream of..but I digress.
Once a person learns to bully he has an invaluable tool for getting his
way
in life. It's doubtful he'll ever change. I think all of us recognize
this
truth, I'm just saying-please, start with yourself. If you bully
others(pets included) please know it can have devistating effects on
whomever you treat unfairly(see above explanation). Especially the gentle

ones who resist the least. There's a hot new disease coming out now
because
of the struggle over foreign oil called PTSD or post traumatic stress
disorder. It's a real and devistating disease which is finally being
recognized, and a severe event will have life long consequences, making
the
object vulnerable to stressful events further compounding the problem.
The
real problem here is no one seems to recognize what I'm talking about
here,
especially psychologists and medical doctors. If someone is being bullied

it's probably the last thing they are going to admit because they want to
hang onto some small semblance of pride.
As an afterthought, I'd just like to say that(another thing I'm sure we
all
know)that bullying can come in many forms, and the practicioner can
usually
always back up their words with deeds. One of the worst kind are the glib

tongued salesmen who pat you on the back. When that approach doesn't
work,
other tactics may come into play. If you suffer from their machinations
for
long you will experience what I've tried in my feeble attempt to descibe.
