I'm currently recruiting MDs for various clinics in Northern
Australia. The Australian government has allowed MDs from foreign
countries (this includes India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Eastern European
countries, Caribbean countries) to practice family medicine for up to
two years immediately after you land. No need for upfront exams. You
practice while you study (Imagine that for a change!!! It certainly
beats driving a taxi or delivering pizza!!!) After the first year, you
would need to write your exam. Some clinics will even sponsor you and
pay for a flight. Of course, this depends on the candidate and the
interview process. If you are interested in relocating to Australia to
