Dear Sir
At first refer to your surgeon immediately.
Secondly if it looks like a thread it may be the string that had been
used for the sutures in your operation. And if it looks like a piece
of nylon it should be followed para-clinically with Ultrasould
(Sonography) from your bladder and urinary tract.
But Don't be sad, just follow and refer to your physician.
