Fortunately I could see the image that you had been sent. (Because
unfortunately the web page that you had put your image was blocked
yesterday in our country). This looks like a part of a clamp or
something like this. But the reason that I tell you don't worry is:
Your operation was about 1 year ago and you didn't have any problem
till now (I guess) but this doesn't mean that you should not follow
this.
