Based on my experience when I post a certain message to
two news groups but if someone reply to only one usegroup
then the reply would not appear in the other new groups as well.
That is one reason why everyone would not get to see everything
unless they also access the other newgroups via google.
The same also applies to usenet NNTP readers.
