Grad Student Requesting Assistance with Short Educator Survey re: online teacher resources

Hello,

I am part of a team of Graduate students working on a project  for a
non-profit agency that is considering going public with teacher
resources.  We are hoping to get some opinions on currently popular
online teacher resources from educators through a survey we placed on
