We would then have to exempt from taxes anyone who fails to show such
mastery. No taxation without representation - fundamental principal
that we fought a revolution about.
I suspect that doing so would cause ever larger numbers to
intentionally flunk math and/or science, leading to a 100% tax rate on
those who pass.
