Hi,
I'm a NJ educator that is working on a 50-state collection of license
plates with an education/kids theme to be displayed in my elementary
school. For Illinois, I currently have an older school bus plate as a
"place holder,"
but I'm would really love to add the educator plate instead. And I am
searching for a West Virginia Character Education plate too. However, I
can't seem to find either through eBay or my affiliation with the
Automobile License Plate Collectors Association.
I was hoping someone reading this thread might have one to sell. I'd be
