You can make a blog and post your work there, as many people do.
You can also try to get it published in ArXiv (http://arxiv.org/).
You
need to read the instructions, as it seems you usually need an
academic sponsor to get the paper accepted. (Essentially someone
either in your area who is "known" on that topic or someone who has
published in that area who will vouch for you). I don't know how
difficult this is, but it is an option.
