Thanks. I'll check those out. Are you advising I don't try to
implement because it's difficult, or because there is already good
software available?
Unfortunately, I do not have access to very sophisticated software
here, as my company expects me to stay within the bounds of Excel.

If you have any suggestions for introductory texts or software, please
let me know.
