Someone with an IQ of 186 is likely to have considerable
difficulty in a "normal social scene". It would be like
a high school student in a social scene with third graders.

It is possible but difficult, all but the latter. And this
is what the educationists cannot understand, throwing them
all together. Are you sure he does not have the ability to
talk to people of comparable ability about s****ts (assuming
that he is even interested in that) or to women about
making love (assuming that his moral code allows that)?
