Don't mind if BG is asking the H1B invaders to enroll in an American
university. Most of the H1B invaders have no American academic
background. They simply land on the soil, make a quick buck and enjoy
all the comforts of a hard-working graduate student. Sometimes they
make even higher disposable income than the graduate students who have
student loans to pay. The H1B visa program should be completely over-
hauled:
a) deny H1B to graduate students who don't have USD loans but
otherwise paid their way thru; simply send them back to their home
country
b) allow H1B to graduate students with research/teaching experience in
an American university to apply for H1B
c) deny H1B to anyone without an American university degree living
except
e) allow H1B to the spouse or relative of US citizens who are
otherwise caught in the long processing times
Time for a real change!
