I am quite well versed in history. None of the Babylonians,
Aztecs, or with few exceptions Egyptians was negroid.
Babylonians and Egyptians are basically "Caucasian",
as are the people of India. Chinese and "Amerinds"
are basically Mongolian. I have deliberately used
"negroid" instead of "black", as many consider the
people of India to be largely black.
There is evidence of genes separating the peoples
of sub-Saharan Africa from the "northerners" with
little mixing for 50,000 years. Genetic drift will
cause variations in almost anything in much less
time than that.
From that standpoint alone, there is no reason to
believe that any two designated groups will have
the same distribution of intelligence.
