What you haven't mentioned is what kind of course of study will you be
studying to get your degree? There are some funding programs but they
are limited to certain subjects where there is a need for having the
specific skills.
I'm also wondering what kinds of funding programs you would qualify
for on a regular basis such as heating bills and such.
