GMAT before deciding whether/which MBA

by "Warren" <warren.liyongbo@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 21, 2006 at 10:55 PM

Hi,

I would like to hear the opinions of the people here. I have made up my
mind to study a master's degree in the business and finance/economics
discipline, most likely within the next 5 years time when I approach 30
years old, but I haven't decided whether it should be MBA or Applied
Finance or Applied Econ. Now I only have 3 years working experience in
IT technical position, without management experience.

I have some free time at this moment. and I am thinking of whether I
should proceed with taking GMAT first. What do you guys think? Should I
do GMAT only after I decide what and which degree to study, or it is
fine to take up the GMAT which is valid for 5 years and decide the
degree afterwards?

Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.

Warren
