For personal reasons I've spent this year at Community College and now
am fortunate to have been accepted at Maryland (College Park) amd
Columbia General Studies (as either a sophomore or freshman with
advanced standing) this fall. I need to make up my mind quickly. I'm a
good student and work very hard but not what you'd call an
intellectual. My career plans not set but I'd probably like to start
in financial services or marketing after college. I'd feel comfortable
at either place socially, and taking aid into account, both places
would cost me a similar amout of money. Any advice regarding prestige,
job op****tunities after graduation, reputation, or other factors that
would have you think I should lean one way or another? Thank you for
