Their $800 budget is TAKEN OUT OF THE HIDE of the
taxpayer BY BULLYING.
Like ALL! other Canadian City cop Police forces their
budget is R-A-M-M-E-D! through City Council.
NO! DISCUSSIONS ALLOWED.
To get EXTRA! $$$, the Toronto Police are now "commer-
cializing" their services at a FLAT CHARGE - I understand -
of $1,500 per cop wherever there's a construction site.
In fact, if a business moves furniture onto the street THAT!
requires a cop as well as $1,500 a shot.
(Incidentally, Montreal Police said last year in September 2007
that they plan to follow Toronto Police's lead after they were
forced to reduce their budget by $20 million. Their budget is
around $500,000.)
THAT'S! what?

A DUMBASS! Toronto Cop like ALL! OTHER city cops in
Canada starts about $70,000 while an RCMP starts at
$47,000.
While the differential?

1/2 of his/her salary through *PHONY* OVERTIME
apparently.
The WORST! ABUSERS of THE PHONY OVERTIME
apparently are the Chief of Police. There's a Police
Chief in the Greater Toronto Area that BRAGS!
that he only gets four (4) hours of sleep. <grin>
It is alleged whenever equipment like TASER GUNS,
POLICE CAMERAS, VEHICLES, etc. bought by City
ALL! TOP POLICE OFFICIALS get BRIBES+KICKBACKS.
The abuse of taxpayers by City Police in Canada is
AN EMBARRASSMENT to ALL! Canadians.
Consequently, City Police in Canada like the Toronto
Police have ABUSED! THE CONFIDENCE of Canadian
and are NOT! FIT to perform their duties as cops.
Therefore, the =C9PC (=C9galit=E9 Party of Canada) calls
upon the Gov't of Canada to replace ALL! City Police
by the MORE! REASONABLE (perhaps NOT! more
competent) RCMP by next year.

Seaton House is run by the Toronto Police.
It's a CRACK manufacture+distribution of
CENTRE from what I can tell.
ALL! the staff from (I suspect) get THEIR CUT:
everyone right down to the floor cleaners.
There seems to be three (3) CRACK distribution
networks: the Toronto Police (the BIGGEST!), the
Chinese that use Chinese Toronto undercover cops
that are ALSO! Chinese intelligence in my opinion+
the RUSTIC RUSSIAN, the SMALLEST!
This is NO! secret.
To add ICING TO THE CAKE: the Fourth Floor Harm
Reduction Program seems to be used by the Toronto
Police as a place where cops can get their CRACK+
JOINTS as A PERK for being on the 4th Floor.
When Fantino, the OPP COMMISSIONER, talks about
ATTACKING CRIME AT THE ROOT, is he just BULL-
****ING US?
With this kind of Police criminality going on for
decades, I tend to think so.

I NEVER! suffered from any psychiatric disorder.
This is POLICE LIBEL+POLICE HARASSMENT.
He wanted me to see a psychiatrist who he called
into the room.
I refused to talk to him.
In late September at midnight I was taken from the
2nd Floor where ALL! the transients are and put on
the 4th Floor which is the Harm Reduction Floor.

I've had UNDERCOVER COPS as roommates.
This an invasion of my privacy.
Because I am a political leader the Toronto Police
are INTERFERING! WITH THE POLITICAL PROCESS
of the country: this is VERY! SERIOUS.
The 1980's McDonald Commission was all about
*illegal* Police interference with the Parti Qu=E9becois.
I've been A-S-S-A-U-L-T-E-D FOUR(4)! TIMES by
undercover cops at Seaton House: on TWO(2)!
occasions it involved my roommates.
Just the other night I had an undercover cop
come at me with a razor blade in the washroom
saying that he was going to slice me up.
I made SUCH A COMMOTION that most of the
staff came to see the RUCKUS+did NOTHING!

to any more since I've made public what I think
(+others) is going on there.
The Toronto Police want me out of Seaton House:
yet, THEY'RE THE ONES who put me there.
If I don't go, they'll put in a mental institution.
