Recently I posted a method for doing something in Excel.
Anyone who thought it was worth keeping should be warned
I left out a step. Between steps 6 & 7, do:
> 6. Select it again (probably still is)
6.5 Edit -> Copy ( or Ctrl-C )
> 7. Edit -> Paste special -> click "Values" -> OK
