That's because transcripts and extractions that go into the IGI usually
does 
not go beyond 1837 in most cases and very rarely indeed after 1900.  The
GSU 
also do not include details of those who might still  be alive (defined
IIRC 
as up to age 100) so as not to contravene the whole range of privacy laws 
around the world.

The amount of non-USA material is vaste.
