Valentin E. Reeves (b. 14 Feb 1904 in England) died 22 Dec 1967 in San
Mateo County, California. His death certificate would be a good start
to finding out more information.
He also had a social security number beginning with the numbers 402,
which is code for Kentucky. It's a good indication that he lived there
when he applied for his social security number, but not a guarantee.
One can apply at any social security office and not necessarily where
one lives.
