While the entire file/book is in view, would it not be possible to print 
only those pages in which you are interested?

I guess it all depends on what you intend to do with the chosen printed 
pages.  They could be scanned & dumped into a Word.doc file.

While the following suggestion will NOT accomplish what you're trying to 
do at the moment, you might find "Paperless Printer" useful at some
