which Mac ?

Which Mac OS?

Intel Macs run all known Intel compatable OS either as an alternate via 
Bootcamp
or better simultaneously as a Virtual machine
I use WinXP sp2 on Parallels 3.0 on Mac OS 10.4.11

any experienced windows user will cope with this

on older Macs the Windows emulator is very slow and should be abandoned 
as heritage software

I went the VM route because I could not find any Mac OS geenalogy 
program as good as FTM 16

the easiest way for him to read your .ged files is for you to upload 
them to WorlfConnect freebie
