If you have specifics, perhaps any of the many Mac folks here would be
able to help. As it is, you made a sweeping generalization which is
demonstrably false, combined with a helping of attitude, and obvious
confusion (X vs. 10). Rarely an effective way to actually help people
with a question.
It's not a big deal that you don't understand them, and that your
relatives are having problems. But, as I said, please don't then spread
your ignorance while pretending you know what you're talking about.
