If you have the GOOGLE TOOLBAR extension disable it.  If that doesn't fix
it then disable the other 
extensions one by one until you find the culprit.  Before you do, however,
make sure you update all 
extensions.  One of the other extensions was causing this problem but it
was fixed in an update.
