If you can't get the provider to ex****t it into a GEDCOM format for you, 
there are some other possible options.

If you're planning to continue maintaining this data and have a recent 
Intel-based Mac, you *could* sully it with Boot Camp or one of the 
various virtualization programs and run Windows and FTM on it.

Or you might see if SKS who has FTM would volunteer to open it for you 
and ex****t it to GEDCOM or some other form you can handle.
