If you use the free Foxit PDF Reader
http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader_2/down_reader.htm
it has an
option to print the current screen view so you can zoom in and just
print the area of interest. It also has zoom options when printing which
may help. Or
Other PDF viewers may have similar options.
