Here's the plan

There are transcribers keying in their local vital records but this  
does not help you find that great aunt if you don't know where she went.

Taking it to the next level, these need to be uploaded in GEDCOM  
format so they can be read by ay genealogy software and adapted to a  
wide variety of formats.

This allows for massive world-wide indexing.
