You will find a list of microfilms at this URL.
http://drouininstitute.com/mfilms/index.html

Ontario is listed in 2 do***ents so you can search there if you don't
see it on the site.  The images scanned from the microfilms were 
sorted using this series of listings.

In this case, it seems Penetanguishene was not microfilmed at all.
