Follow-up questions:

I gather that it is known that Louis XVIII awarded other Orders while
in exile, ie before 1814.

Is it known whether he also awarded the Order of St, Louis and the
Order of Merit while in exile?

Is there a list anywhere of all those made members of the Order or
Merit?
