 de Mortagne, Perche,France
Does anyone know the history of this church? When we were there, , they
said
the church was long gone, but no one seemed to know anything about it. I
can't seem to find a history of it on the web.
Bonnie

There is something if you are talking about Mortagne-au-Perche. The
church
was built in 1494 or something like that and lost its belfrey in 1887 or
thereabouts. Is that the place? What I found is in French, but I can
give
you a summary
