There are some lists for the Regiment de Carignan (1665-1668), based
on guesses for most soldiers. Otherwise, I am afraid at this time,
there is no list but I working slowly to do my own reference list
(obviously, the soldiers will be linked to their family sheet in my
database).

For the Regiment, from memory, I would say there are old lists
by Malchelosse and maybe Roy or Sulte (1920s), one by Verney
(in the 1980s or 1990s) and one by Langlois (in the 1990s).
