To answer your last question: Yes and No. Place of Residence can be a
small village at that time without any streetname being used. At that
time the village just had all of the houses numbered in some order, as
there were not that many houses. Streetnames were invented when cities
grew to large to indicate all houses by a single number, later on
villages (even though maybe still small) followed the same regime.
As complication there was even renumbering at all times, this due to
adding houses were e.g. they previously where not expected. Same holds
for any country I thusfar saw more extensively in data.
