Typed into google it seems to be the fourthiest day after eastern. Needs 
checking though.

Could be the 5th or the 16 of April for sunday first day of Eastern 
(depending on Julian or Gregorian calendar in the region). Could even 
have some other date number depending on location. Here its playing with 
locations, ****fting borders and local dates. To much for a simple dutch 
guy ;-)
