Found it on his site: "In Duitsland gingen de protestante gebieden in 
1700 over op de Gregoriaanse kalender. Daarbij introduceerde men 
tegelijkertijd een "verbeterde" paasdatumberekening, die in Duitsland 
tot 1775 werd gehanteerd. Als gevolg daarvan week de paasdatum in de 
jaren 1724 en 1744 af van die bij de katholieken." So translated: <<In 
Germany the protestant area's used from 1700 the Gregorian calendar. 
They introduced however an "improved" calculation for eastern, which was 
used until 1775. As a consequence the date for eastern deviated in 1724 
and 1744 from the one used by catholics.>> Eastern was 09-04-1724 for 
German protestants and 16-04-1724 for almost everyone else ;-) In 1744 
this same difference of one week occurs.
