I read the groom's name as Gullung, and agree
that he was from Zinsweiler. This a town in
Alsace (Elsass). You will find a number of
Gullungs in "Zinswiller, Bas-Rhin, France" in
the International Genealogical Index (IGI) at www.familysearch.org
The bride's residence is probably the first place
after "aus', followed by OA for "Oberamt" then
the name of the Oberamt. That place ends with
"brück", but I cannot find any Oberamt that fits that.
Where did this marriage take place, or, what is
the name and location of the parish that this
record came from? What year? The groom was
probably Catholic as Zinsweiler had only a Catholic parish.
