Well, not the last ...

As far as Lewis Latham's daughter "Anne Seager," I would check out the
marriage at St. Martin in the Fields, Westminster, between Nicholas
"Gire" and Anna Latham on 1 May 1630.

"Gire" seems like an odd name, and I wonder if it is only the final
syllable or garbling of something like "Segire"?  Note that the ODNB
article says Sir William Segar's father may have been named Nicholas
Segar.

St. Martin in the Fields is the same parish where (apparently) Frances
Latham lived during her first marriage to Dungan, and where Ellen
Latham married Sherringham ...
