Adrian a general caveat on these Visitations is
A) Who is speaking and
B) When are they speaking
In this particular case, you're asking whether a do***ent generated
three hundred years after the events it pur****ts to describe should be
relied upon for proof, or even good evidence of those events.
The short answer is no. We really have no way to know whether the
herald actually reviewed "good and pure" sources or just re-copied a
pedigree submit to them by the family, or what. So we take on faith,
that a person would know their own parents, siblings, children,
grandparents even, but not their 15th grand-ancestor.
You'll need to look at what other evidence there is for these
relation****ps.
