Interesting.
The chronology is passable if when they mention that Margery Digby is
daughter of Kenelm Digby of Drystoke, they mean that one who married
Anne Cope, daughter of Sir Anthony Cope of Hanwell (Anthony died 6 Jan
1550/1)

If I can find a bit more chronology to confirm this, then the Lettice
Dudley you mentioned has a lot of known ancestry behind her through
this Digby family.
