Notice that the Bedford****re Visitation shows Margaret Wood as "sister
of Elizabeth" without there being any obvious Elizabeth Wood this
could refer to (note however, that Margaret's husband Thomas Dudley
had a brother Edward):

Visitation show sisters

Despite all the errors with names, my interpretation is that Margaret
Wood married THOMAS Dudley, while her sister Elizabeth Wood married
his brother EDWARD Dudley.
