You go ahead and check out "Sir Edwin Vincent Conway" and Dorothy
Tracy.

The rest of us will check our "Sir EDWARD Conway, VISCOUNT Conway" and
Dorothy Tracy.

His name was Edward not Edwin, and "Viscount" is not a name, it's a
title.

He has an article in the DNB that makes it pretty clear that :
Sir Edward Conway was created Viscount Conway, and it was he who
married Dorothy Tracy, daughter of Sir John Tracy of Toddingham by his
wife Anne Throckmorton.

Which is probably why you're having problems finding him.

But your task should be to find evidence that Edwin Conway, is his
son.  That should be the first step.
