Waters' extensive "genealogical gleanings" in NEHGR so widely available and so well known, we sometimes forget that Lothrop Withington did the same sort of thing (English will abstracts and gleanings) in a series in _Es*** Institute Historical Collections_, published out of Salem for many years.
