Year Book and Common Pleas

by "Fred" <Fred@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 24, 2008 at 05:59 PM

Hi,

I found an interesting reference concerning the heirs of "Robert Jorce" in

the Year Book via the Seipp web site:
http://www.bu.edu/law/seipp/index.html
I found:
http://www.bu.edu/phpbin/lawyearbooks/display.php?id=8603
This case refers also to the common pleas file of trinity term 11 edward
III (1337) so I went through the corresponding CP40/311 Common Pleas(11
EDI
III trinity term) file from the National Archive also available on
internet
via R. Palmer fabulous site from Houston University.
http://aalt.law.uh.edu/AALT.html
But unfornately I found strictly nothing concerning the case I was looking

for.
Any idea? The common plea reference in the year book is may be false?

Thanks

Fred.
