Its probably a good idea to review the sources on this.
The life of John Prince of Hull, Mass. is described in the obituary of
his son Samuel Prince, published in 1728. It shows that the
emigrant's
mother was a daughter of Dr. Tolderbury etc.
Thomas Prence of Plymouth, Mass. was the son of a Thomas Prince
who left a will proved in London in 1630. They had previously lived at
Lechlade, Gloucester****re, according to family letters.
There is no factual connection to Tolderby or any similar name
for these people. Someone saw a blank, wanted to fill it, and glued in
someone that doesnt belong to them.
